Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the SleepOrora device, technology, firmware, software, and services, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to and are retained solely by Anthropic Inc. The user does not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or using the SleepOrora product or services.

Permitted Use

The SleepOrora device and services may only be used by the purchaser or recipient of the device by these terms and conditions. The SleepOrora device is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or rental of the device hardware or services is strictly prohibited. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the device.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our privacy policy [link to privacy policy page] explains how we may collect, use, and disclose device usage data and personal information. Aggregated or statistical anonymized data may be used to provide and improve Anthropic products and services. Personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Warranties Disclaimer

The SleepOrora device and services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. Use of the device is solely at the end user's inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthropic expressly disclaims any statutory or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular use, accuracy, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, or any other warranty.

Limitation of Liabilities

In no circumstances shall Anthropic be liable to the end user for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the device and services.

Indemnification

The end user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anthropic from any third-party claims arising out of these terms and conditions or use of the device.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of the SleepOrora device shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of California by its commercial arbitration rules. These terms shall be governed and interpreted by the laws applicable in the state of California.

Changes to Terms

Anthropic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to reflect changes in the law, regulations, device functionalities, or customer feedback.
